The Board of Directors has agreed to facilitate a means of communication with The Bridges membership in the event of a local emergency that may impact the community. This notification will serve as a supplement to any established emergency notification procedures currently used by the authorities of the County of San Diego.
Walters Management is making this service available to all registered owners residing in The Bridges Community Association. Subsequent to instruction being given by an authorized Association representative, notification will be relayed to all registered Members in the form of an email and/or reverse robo-call as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors.
With this in mind, all Members of The Bridges community are strongly urged to register their cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses for emergency notifications by clicking Walters Management Homeowner Website within the next few days and following the attached procedures. Once e-mail addresses and cell phone numbers are registered, it may take up to 24 hours for that information to be updated into the web portal.
Once registered, we will provide alerts to your cell phone and e-mail address, including evacuation notices if applicable. This is designed to supplement the cell phone and land line calls received by the Alert San Diego Reverse 911 calling system.
Information provided by homeowners for the purpose of community notification is stored on a secure server. Contact information gathered through the Association web portal for this purpose will not be shared, sold or distributed to any third party and will be used solely for the purpose of providing community notifications. The privacy of your personal information is important to us.

Please note that while this system and the County Mass Notification System are considered effective and efficient, you should not wait or rely exclusively on a call for evacuation directives. If you think you are in danger, you should evacuate immediately. If you are directed to evacuate by emergency personnel, you should follow their direction.
It is our hope that, in working together with the Association Board and authorized representatives, this notification service will prove an invaluable benefit to the members of The Bridges Community Association.
