Regular Session Meeting Minutes

July 12, 2023

Call To Order

The July 12, 2023, Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe Homeowners Association Regular Session Meeting was called to order by Board President, Dave Harris, at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

Present

• David Harris, Board President
• Joe Matranga, Board Vice President
• Rebecca Lewis, Secretary

Absent

• Charles Butler, Treasurer

Others Present

• Julie Bigelow, Regional Vice President, Walters Management
• Ieasha Peters, Recording Secretary, Walters Management

Board Appointment/Reorganization

It was noted that a vacancy exists on the Board and that the Board is empowered through the governing documents to appoint a homeowner to fill that vacancy. Following discussion, a motion was duly made and seconded to appoint homeowner Tony Reed to the vacant seat on the Board. The motion passed unanimously.

Discussion was held regarding the allocation of officer positions for the Board. Following discussion, a motion was duly made, seconded, and unanimously passed to approve the following slate of officers:

• Charles Butler – President
• Joe Matranga, Board Vice President
• Rebecca Lewis, Secretary
• Tony Reed - Treasurer
• David Harris – Member at Large

It was noted that Mr. Harris will serve as HOA Board liaison to the Club Board.

Adjournment

There being no further business to come before the Board of Directors, the Regular Session was adjourned at 10:10 AM.
